Located on Route 15 in Jeffersonville, Vermont, The Farm Between hosts a year round Farm Stand for West Farm’s produce (our sister farm) and other local products. Our Nursery is open April thru October and specializes in hardy fruit trees, berry bushes, and native and pollinator plants. We propagate many of our trees and bushes, but buy in others to increase inventory. Once in our care, we manage all of our plants organically; however, only those that have been grown on the farm for at least one year are considered certified organic. All are hardy to Zone 4, unless otherwise noted.

Winter Hours:
The Farm Stand hours are Thursday through Sunday 10-5. The nursery is closed for the season, but our farm stand remains open year round!
