2026 New Planting Guide

Located on Route 15 in Jeffersonville, VT, The Farm Between hosts a year round Farm Stand for West Farm’s produce (our sister farm) and other local products. Just ten minutes from Smuggler’s Notch Resort.

Our Nursery is open May thru early October and specializes in hardy fruit trees, berry bushes, and native and pollinator plants.

Summer Hours:
Our Fruit Nursery and Year Round Farm Stand are open 10-5 Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
