A sweet-tart cherry. Very firm dark red fruit making it ideal for fresh eating, baking, preserves and juicing. Crack-resistant, but some susceptibility to brown rot. Mature trees are 10-15’ in height and width. Plant trees 15’ apart.
Ripens in July. Hardy to zone 4.
Potted 4-5’ whip. Self fertile but partners well with Montmorency or North Star for higher yield of fruit.
