Medium-sized sweet, crisp fruit that is good for baking and excellent for fresh eating. Yellow skin with a slight blush. Late ripening, disease resistant, and keeps well in storage. May do best in Zone 5 but has done very well at The Farm Between. 4-6’ potted, standard, this variety is largely self fertile but produces better if another variety for pollination is nearby such as Liberty or any crabapple, space 25’ apart in full sun.
